Fab'Rapid FAB'RAPID Moulds "Individual cakes" - Polyethylene tray of 35 units
FAB'RAPID trays, sized at 60 x 40 cm (24" x 16"), allow you to quickly make small individual cakes. They consist of 7 blocks of 5 cavities each. The moulds need to be lined with transparent polypropylene before dressed with biscuit shell and mousse. The cakes are easily turned out with the turning-out block that has a shape to match the mould (turning-out block ordered separately).
