«De BUYER  Industries» and Summit of Owners "Retail in Russia" agreed on partnership!

We are living through the first global financial crisis of this new global age that is why this time it is more important than ever to build on the long-term strategic partnership. Professional cookware manufacturers and suppliers and HoReCa companies operating in the Russian market have long been seeking the opportunity to deepen coopertation with retailers to make a full gamut of high-quality cooking utensils affordable to as many as possible.

The challenges we face today urge professionals to pull together. The only possible way for Retail to keep up and increase sales volumes would be to offer new high-quality marketable products and to use better promotion schemes adopted in other sectors. Today it is essential that we hold an open discussion, that manufacturers, suppliers and retailers establish common ground based on the foundation of mutual rights, mutual responsibilities and mutual gain.

Developed markets have long been facing strong demand for professional kitchen and pastry utensils that is still steadily increasing.
Furthermore, it is well known that when advanced shopper is about to choose cookware he tends to rely on trusted brands.

Therefore we expect the current XII Summit will produce concrete ideas. We look forward to discussing the prospects for long-term partnership between Be Duyer and the leading Russian retailers.

The Head of De Buyer Holding count Hervé de Buyer says: «This is an important step in the history of our company in Russia. It marks the start ofa new De Buyer strategy aimed at active cooperation with local retailers. We believe that high-quality products tried and tested by the key Russian HoReCa players and foreign retailers alongside with effective marketing schemes will allow us to put this process forward.»
